Caring For Your Skin While Pregnant

Pregnancy is one of the main reasons for developing stretch. Hardly anybody would want to develop stretch marks. The fact is that almost 80 percent to 90 percent of women develop stretch marks during pregnancy. Stretch marks is one of the unpleasant effect of pregnancy. So what can you do prevent stretch marks while your are pregnant. Drinking a lot of water is another best way to minimize the stretch marks as water tends to moisturize the skin and make it less susseptible to the stretch marks. Using body brush massage for the skin also increase blood circulation and minimize development the stretch marks.
Eating healthy diet, controlled weight gain (during pregnancy), hydration by drinking a lot of water, taking your prenatal vitamins, and as said earlier moisutrizing the skin would keep your skin elastic and control stretch marks.
